This is a very simple Break Reminder which shows a small popup window every hour. The popup window will be shown on the bottom right of your screen. 
Most of the time, the application will stay on the background as an icon on your system deck.

Development:
- Requires Flex SDK 4.5+
- Requires AIR SDK 2.6

How to make Adobe AIR:
- make sure you have created a certificate (BreakReminder.p12) by calling bat/CreateCertificate.bat
- Execute PackageApp.bat
- The build air file will be in folder air
