install abseil in the path of usr/local/include

Hello,

I am installing abseil using following commands under docker,

RUN cmake -DABSL_BUILD_TESTING=OFF -DABSL_USE_GOOGLETEST_HEAD=OFF -DCMAKE_CXX_STANDARD=17 -DBUILD_DEPS=ON -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=.
RUN cmake -S . -B build
RUN cmake --build build && \
    cmake --install build --prefix .

How do I install it in the path of usr/local/include so the protobuf wont complain that its not in the path
