Update (deprecated) name field to name_forward in code and documentation.
Actively set "deprecated_name" field alongside "name_forward" field as long as handling of inter- dependent Property attributes has not been fixed in APIS Core.

Follow official Django recommendation and don't allow string-based fields to be set to either NULL
