Description:
ACE Fortify currently forces the player into the AinvPknlMstpSnonWnonDnon_medic4 animation under most circumstances when placing an object, even when the object should be placed instantly. *

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set the ACE Fortify time cost coefficient to 0.
  2. Enter any mission, initialize ACE Fortify.
  3. Place an object.

Expected behavior:
The object should be instantly placed and the player should not have to wait for an animation to finish.

Where did the issue occur?
Singleplayer and Dedicated Multiplayer
