Brief summary of changes

This adds a new config setting in the imaging pipeline section of the config module to specify the name of the config file used by the python imaging pipeline.

Related to aces/Loris-MRI#752

Testing instructions (if applicable)

  1. Test the patch
  2. Source the default schema on an empty DB
  3. Source the RB files
