INSTALL:

    # checkout the source code
    git clone watchdog.net:~watchdog/git/dev.git watchdog
    cd watchdog
    
    # download a copy of the data sources
    rsync -avzu watchdog.net:~watchdog/web/data .
    cd import
    
    # create the database
    createdb watchdog_dev
    make
    
    # this will:
    # a) set up your database tables
    # b) parse the raw data (from data/crawl) into json (stored in data/parse)
    # c) import the json into your database tables
    
    cd ..
    
    # start the webserver
    python webapp.py
