Motivation
It looks like profile_split_enable 1.x (from Github) is deprecated, and folks should use 2.x (from Drupal) instead. Not sure exactly why, but this was causing a version conflict with config_filter.
Proposed changes
Using profile_split_enable 2.x instead of 1.x. This only affects folks running the acsf init command, not existing users.
