Builds on Windows but doesn't run

Hello and thanks for this project.

I'm currently trying to make it work on Windows 8 64 bits, using VS2012, but I cant get it to run. I know this warning is already marked on commits but is it going to be fixed any soon?

You wrote a warning on a commit that says that the project doesn't work on Windows. But I found CEF3 now ships with a simple cef project. Thanks anyway!
