- Control and status update for issues
- Creating team effort template
- Effort tracking activities.
- Control if any of the task in assignment is missing
- We created the effort tracking page and decided on gathering effort as a team
- Controlled each task in assignment and if necessary we updated them.
- Determine the effort for each task and agreed on each of them.
- Issue life cycle is decided and agreed: First the issue owner will take the issue to "in progress" then once the issue is completed the owner will move the issue to review in progress by selecting an assignee then it will be tested and approved.
- Pull request procedure simulation is performed
