hello
In the users profile page no keys are generated.
I use Wordpress Version 3.4.1 with "More Privacy Options" Version 3.2.1.5 and "Private Feed Keys" Version 1.0

I found this forum post that describes the problem.
kwekkeboom describes the incompatibility in the lower part of the posting.

MPO moved the authentication check from template_redirect to send_headers
so PFK needs to do the same. This is slightly complicated by the fact that
the global $wp_query object isn't fully populated, so the global is_feed()
function doesn't return the correct result.

The new 1.1 release of Private-Feed-Keys now works with More Privacy Options 3.2.1.5: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/private-feed-keys/
