gPBWT Paper Version 2

This version of vg is to be used to replicate the analysis performed in the expanded version of "A Graph Extension of the Positional Burrows-Wheeler Transform and its Applications".

Stripped statically linked binaries of vg and xg are attached, for 64 bit Linux.
