You can extract this package to the directory where you want it to be installed and run SetupCodeBlocks_AllInOne.bat.

This package contains pre-built wxWidgets and Windows binaries of CodeBlocks, DOSBox-X, TDM-GCC, MinGW-w64, DJGPP, OpenWatcom and other utilities.

It does NOT contain Windows 3.11 / 95. You need to provide your own files (English WfW 3.11, English Win 95 OSR2).

It does NOT contain free Borland C++ 5.5 compiler, but the installer will attempt to download it during installation.

It does NOT contain drivers, updates and redistributable files for guest Win 3.11 / Win 95 systems, but the installer will attempt to download it during installation.

If you don't want to install any of the compilers, delete appropriate .bat files from .\installers directory before starting the installation process (ex. remove _install-wxmsw321mingw64.bat and _install-mingw64.bat if you don't want to build applications for modern 64-bit systems).
