TRSS does not list the new release-openjdkNN-pipeline jobs and tests

New release pipeline jobs are not currently picked up by TRSS

I have added them and https://trss.adoptium.net/ is now monitoring all 4 release pipelines, however there are some issues (related to the fact that the naming for the build and smoke tests is new and unexpected), raised this issue to track #765 - will close this one as its now resolved.

I've also added bookmarks to the 4 pipelines at the top of the release channel is Slack to get to them quickly during release.
