MiSTerManual

An attempt to create some introductory instructions for the various computers and consoles supported via MiSTer FPGA.

This was something I was initially documenting for myself, being a classic computer enthusist that is transitioning to using MiSTer instead of having all of these old system set up, but also an effort to document the basics of getting started with these old systems along with what makes each system unique (for example who is going to know the Odyssey II had a keyboard just from the core?). With respect to the computers I'd like to ensure people know how to set the system up from scratch (if possible), how to load/save a BASIC program, and where to go to learn more about the system. Sure, we all want to know how to play the old games, but I'd like to go further than that in documenting how to do the basics (no pun intended) on each core.
