A user complained that he oftentimes drags a panel by mistake (misclick), and it ends up undocked or in a wrong place.

Perhaps we might investigate if it's possible to disable panel dragging in the Editor, and if it is, then make an option, either in the "Windows" menu, or in Editor preferences, which turns this on and off.
