Doom Infinity and other CVAR haunting mod fixes

Fixes Some mods asking for a render CVAR which is not exported if the SW render is disabled

What's in the case? In here? Doom.

GZDoom engine UWP port with a very clunky menu to select available games. After Raze this was a breeze.
On start it will ask for a folder to use as Data folder, if none is found it will use AppData/LocalState folder.
