You really should correct this, as probably most people just install bct
through pip and don't have this and other bugs corrected.

Yeah I have already done that. It should update properly in pip.

Oh I see that I forgot to commit those changes to setup file on github
before I made the release version. My bad, but the pip installation will
still work.

I don't receive the last changes that are already corrected in master branch. For example, Issues #63 #64 are corrected but not included yet in a new release beyond 0.5.0 in pip.You really should correct this, as probably most people just install bct through pip and don't have this and other bugs corrected.
