v0.3-a - Options, Input, and Modcharts!

It's finally here! This update finalizes a lot of recent things, and adds a lot of other stuff, for both developers and users.

• Countdown after unpause(toggle able)

• Better input(Kade Engine ratings, ghost tapping available)

• Made the game a bit faster by moving info text to its own function
• Boyfriend's miss animations can still be played on ghost tapping
