There are two files with licenses in your repository: LICENSE.txt and COPYING. These files contain different licenses (LICENSE.txt contains AGPLv3, and COPYING contains your custom EULA). While your website states that AfterLogic Webmail Lite v.7 is distributed under the terms of AGPL, all files in the repository refer to COPYING (and thus the custom EULA) for licensing information.
This makes it unclear, which license indeed applies to this project. Can you fix that without waiting for the next release?

I hereby confirm that WebMail Lite is available under AGPLv3 license. The COPYING file you're referring to is probably there because both Lite and WebMail Pro essentially use the same codebase. We'll make sure those files are removed on next update.

Of course.

Here it is!

Sorry, but we believe it should be done the other way around: COPYING file should be removed, while LICENSE.txt stays.

May I at least drop the .txt suffix?

Sure, no problem with that.

Okay, I've altered my tree. This time the file is called LICENSE.
Please review the pull request again.

Accepted, thanks! Also, package available for download from main website will be modified in the same way starting from next version.

Thank you!
By the way it would be nice if you started using Github for something more than just dumping the latest version. ;)
