When EXNAME of an experiment contains illegal symbol for file name in windows system, like / (splash ), the ACMO.out file for that experiment could not be read correctly by APSIM ACMO translator.

Ex.
EXNAME = "KSAS8101_1-DRYLAND - 0 KG N/HA" . Then the file name for ACMO.out file become KSAS8101_1-DRYLAND - 0 KG N_HA ACMO.out. This caused missing out file error.
