sorry to disturb you again, are you the latest version? I use my friend's linux machine to install the latest version of Madagascar. It still does not show the results of the two-step lowrank image. If you are the latest version, can you show me your package version? I am very eager to figure out why this problem happened. |

Hi, I am really interesting about two-step lowrank approximation method, and fortunately, I discovered that Madagascar open authorized its codes. However, It can not generate the results shown in the online book, and the code can run but generate all zeros. I try to debug the codes called Mfftwave2.c for two days, but failed, I replaced the contents of fft2.c (in 'fomels') with fft2w.c (in 'jsun'), it generates some results but stills wrong. Is there any environment requirement for successfully running the examples of two-step lowrank approximation? I am looking forward to your reply.
