Application should be installable as binary package on all standard platforms: Windows, Linux, MacOS X.

This goal seems too big to be implemented in 0.2. I schedule it for some later version.

N.B.: with PyInstaller & Github Actions it seems to be implemented easier

Feature cut: remove work with default 'sieben.db' file

Seems that it's used very, very rarely. In order to run Sieben as
typical desktop application (#1) we should change its default behavior.
As a first step, we simply remove creation of files in unexpected
places.
