Can we include this section tentatively for the terms & conditions before allowing to download data.

Describe the solution you'd like
Before the user downloads data, they have to first agree to the terms and conditions of AirQo

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Have these terms and conditions page on the request access data page
• Have this checkbox and notes for terms and conditions put on the data export section of the user.
• Have a backend has a boolean field for tracking the status of the user. If that field is false, then they will receive a popup to read and accept the terms.
