This is due to an unresolved bug in node-phantom alexscheelmeyer/node-phantom#115

For now, install PhantomJS 1.9.x. Here's how to do it with homebrew

brew install homebrew/versions/phantomjs198

this pull (#3) would mitigate the 1.9/2 issue by using the phantomjs module's path.
