Dandere2x isn't using GPU ram in google colab #301

After getting this colab to work, it ran fine but Dandere2x wasn't using any of the GPU and it took around an 1hr for starting up and 45min- 1:30hr to process 10 frames. Right now it's runnable without a gpu but it's still slow
