* build: publish to npm with trusted publishing, MIT licensed
- release.yml publishes package.json's version on pushes to main when npm does not
have it yet (OIDC trusted publishing with provenance, no npm token); prereleases
go to the next dist-tag.
- MIT license (LICENSE, license and author in package.json).
- CI packs any version instead of here-docs-0.1.0.tgz.
- README / AGENTS.md: install from the npm registry; ADR npm-trusted-publishing.
- Version 0.1.0-rc.0, the hand-published bootstrap release.
