ID3 Tag Manipulator in UTF-16 Encoding

Options

-c --create   - do not use old tag value
-e --encode   - choose non-ascii encoding (utf16le, utf16be, utf8)
-a --artist   - set artist
-g --genre    - set genre
-A --album    - set album title
-d --disc     - set disc no  (# or #/# style)
-n --track    - set track no (# or #/# style)
-t --title    - set track title
-l --length   - set length in ms
-i --isrc     - set ISRC code
-I --albumart - add album art
-s --show     - show text tags
-x --export   - export GEOB files
-m --import   - import GEOB file
-D --datadir  - specify dirctory for GEOB files (%a: album title)
