The configure script should install the repo's bashrc and vimrc in the user's home directory.

Revamp configure.sh to be runnable from curl call

Redesigned configure.sh to be run from a `curl -o-` call and download
the repo and run installation based on user choices from a dialog menu.

Fixed tput popup issue in the process.

Use nvm to install node/npm
