Bring forward important API changes and library upgrades to be included in Alpakka 2.0.
Background
It has only been a short while since we released Alpakka 1.0, but the library universe spins quite fast and Alpakka has some outstanding pull-requests to upgrade dependencies to later versions. This became even more important in the light of Scala 2.13 which made libraries issue major new releases.
The rules for Alpakka's versioning are now visible as part of the documentation in the Versioning section.
In short: major library upgrades are allowed only in major Alpakka releases.
That is why we already see the need to increase the Alpakka version to 2.0.
