Solo Levelling fix

1. Subbed Solo Levelling should skip ep 7.5 now
2. Made it so when WatchDubbed is on and Dub version doesn't exist it will play sub instead

thanks for your pr, but I prefer not playing anything if dub version doesn't exist, also your solo leveling fix will not cover other anime which will have the same problem.

if you want to remove the point 2, and try to do point 1 with a general fix, I would be happy to merge your pr.
