Closing app for selected meets #51

It's not possible to disable it for certain Meets, as the assumption is that people will only be running one Meet at a time, and also because it activates when it detects the URL meet.google.com. You could try turning off monitoring and/or auto-download to see if that avoids the slow down, or you could disable the extension when you plan to use the break out rooms. |
I did see that there is a toggle that I didn't notice before when I first
launch a meet but before I join. I will try to see if that toggle will work
Thanks

That toggle enables/disables active monitoring. Perhaps that will help. |
In theory, it will help

I use a breakout rooms app for google meets and I don't need attendance in all of the rooms. It also slows down my computer demonstrably when I have to save the files.
How can I just turn it off in certain rooms? Right now it automatically starts when I open a google meet.
