  • 3d data (Evie)
  • metadata, e.g. geospatial (Alejandro)
  • Multichannel image data, e.g. YXC, where C are, for example, different spectral channels
  • Temporal image data, e.g. TYX where T are different time points

Can confirm 2D and 3D ndarray can be used by pixelflow as is
