==What is this?==
Semantic OGPL is a module to expose metadata using semantic technologies. It is intended to work primarily with 
the Open Government Platform (OGPL) although it may be possible to be extended to any Drupal installation in the future.

==Installation==

1) Copy the module in sites/all/modules

2) In your browser, go to http://YOUROGLPINSTALLATION/admin/build/modules and enable "OGPL Semantic Metadata" module

3) Go to http://YOUROGLPINSTALLATION/admin/build/block/list and enable the block called "Semantic Metadata" (you can put it anywhere you want)
