fix: date pick range disable

AUI 日期选择器 minDate 和 maxDate 的限制偏弱，主要还是使用函数进行限制，但大部分场景只用最大最小日期时间即可，目前这些也存在一些问题

选择日期之后会自动带出来当前时间，然后比较 minDate 和 maxDate 的时候是拿当前时间比的，所以会导致选中日期后时间选到了不正确的值
