GriefPrevention and Protecting

Islands plugin supports GriefPrevention plugin integration to handle island protection. Make sure you have GriefPrevention installed on your server. If you don't need to protect any islands, you don't also need to have GriefPrevention installed. Since I had to use some workarounds to get GriefPrevention to work as a soft dependency, let me know if you encounter any issues.

GriefPrevention should work with Islands out of the box. By default, Islands changes GP world modes for islands and wilderness worlds for you, so you don't need to touch GriefPrevention configuration. Islands plugin also handles creating, deleting and transferring claims, so players don't have to do anything by hand. The claims created by Islands are admin claims, meaning that players can't delete them with /abandonclaim command and creating them also doesn't cost any buildblocks.

Trusting other players now works through GP's commands. Players have permission to manage their islands' claims, so they can use commands such as /trust and /containertrust to trust other players.
