Problems with some combining diacritics (macron, breve, vertical line above) #548

Dear Alerque,

Thank you for your beautiful Libertinus, which was a pleasant discover some years ago. I particularly appreciate the richness of its character set and the humanistic friendliness of the design. An excellent work, in my opinion.

I'm here to point out some problems with combining diacritics I use in my linguistic work. All of them work fine in the regular weight, but many don't in other weights.

The following screenshots are from LibreOffice.

The first one is the "combining macron":

The second is the "combining breve":

The third is the "combining vertical line above":

It may be helpful to point out that, while some of these were not working before and have been fixed, others were displaying correctly in an older version of Libertinus but they are not in the latest release.

The same problems can be found in Libertinus Sans, but not on the same characters:

Thank you for anything!
