MiniLiteLLM v0.1.0

First functional release: a minimal Go reverse proxy exposing the Helmcode
API under a custom domain.

Added

• Generic reverse proxy for all /v1/* endpoints (chat/completions,
  completions, embeddings, rerank, audio/speech, audio/transcriptions,
  responses, images/generations, images/edits)
• Inbound authentication via PROXY_API_KEY (Bearer token, constant-time
  comparison)
• Streaming (SSE) support for chat/completions and completions
• /health endpoint for Railway healthchecks
• API documentation at /docs (Swagger UI + openapi.yaml)
• Multi-stage Dockerfile ready for Railway deployment
• Basic CI (build, vet, gofmt) via GitHub Actions

Notes

• No database, no multi-user management — one inbound key, one outbound
  key to Helmcode
• Marked as pre-release: pending real-traffic testing before tagging a
  stable v1.0.0
