Website Loader is Missing ??

As when chatbot is open its take some time to open chatbot dashboard that time adding loader that give good experience to the user of the website.

@afeefuddin the label you have added to the issue is wrong and will not be counted to the GSSOC24 , it should be level1
and same for all other PR that you have merged.

can you change the labels for them and If anyone is not working on the issue then I am interested in solving it.
