当代码中包含读取配置的代码时 wrapper.ParseConfigBy(config.ParseConfig),

如果插件的yaml配置为空，当插件启动的时候就会报错。

希望可以兼容一下，当插件启动时支持yaml配置为空，方便后续添加配置
