Closing a secondary full screen MacVim on Lion leaves an empty desktop. #42

I’ve seen this happening quite often now, when I close a (secondary) full screen MacVim using :q it often results in an empty "full screen desktop"

OS X Lion (10.7.1)
MacVim.020920111108.zip
