Basic Mekanism Pipe/Cable Rewards Suggestion

Currently, all of the Basic Mekanism pipe/tube/cable quests reward you with an additional 4 of each. Problem is, since Mekanism upgrades everything in 8's, these cables never get used. They've literally sat in my Refined Storage my whole playthrough. I recommend increasing the quantity to 8 for the rewards so it's nice and even.

The idea is to not give "too much" stuff. I definitely agree that it could work, but I feel it's mostly a case by case basis. I will probably take another look at the rewards and structure of the chapter later on.
