Default Allure parse severity label but TestOps no (not in test-case not in Launch format):
allure-1
allure-testops-1
Source:
pytest-allure-1

Severity is not shown in TestOps by default.
You can add a new custom field with severity key to your project. Allure TestOps then will populate the field based on severity labels during the next launch and you will be able to see a severity on the test details area:

Please, note, that this issue is outside of the allure-pytest repository scope. If you have more questions regarding TestOps, please, consider to start a discussion here or open a support ticket here.
