browser with multiple repo display error

When more than one repo is configured, the browser shows entries of one of the repo (randomly choosen by aloha) in each repo tree.
Ex : I've implemented a backend repository and using linklist repository.
When browser shows up, i can see the two repositories roots containing the same entries.
Sometimes both repositories shows entries from linklist in the tree, sometimes it's my custom repo entries which appears in both roots.
