I used to be a translator. My native language is Spanish (Castillian) and I speak English fluently. Besides, I also speak French and Romanian.

I've lived in Romania and in Portugal. Back in Spain, I found a job that required me to learn web development, as I was in charge of the whole website (maintenance, development of new features and translation of the content).

I "progressively enhanced" my skillset. First, came FreeCodeCamp. Then, The Odin Project. Jonas Schmedtmann gave me that extra boost I needed with his amazing JavaScript course and then, finally, I decided to enroll 4Geeks Academy to polish up my frontend skills, to learn React, and to dive into backend development with Python and Flask.

Right now, I'm working primarily with Angular at a Spanish software company building e-commerce solutions for international clients.

In my free time, I like to explore the web platform, building stuff like ApaJS, Apa-Streams and several other projects that help me understand better the abstraction layer of modern web development.

• 📖 I love reading. I can't make it through the day if I don't start it with a nice cup of coffee and a book.
• ☕ Now I mention it, I also love coffee. Always freshly-ground and brewed with James Hoffmann's amazing technique (check it out and thank me later).
• 🎸 I love music and I play guitar myself. At the moment, I'm obsessed with Jim Croce and Nacho Vegas.
• 🚂 I also love travelling. So far, my favorite country I've been at is Romania. The plan was to spend one summer, and I ended up living there for 1.5 years 😅
• 🏋️ I find great peace in taking care not only of my mind, but also of my body (true Full Stack!)
• 📻 Radio and podcasts. These are my favorite workout companions.
