Prototype clean up - November 2022

A few things have been missed when making changes to the prototype, and have caused confusion or issues in testing meaning we might not be getting a fully representative experience at the time of testing.

GOV.UK Forms (Your forms list page)

• remove bottom margin from "create a form" button
• change list to be a table from summary
• add the status to form list table
• make form name the edit link
• add "Home" to tab title (should double check that the H1 is still correct and that we are happy with "Home" otherwise)

Create a form (task list page)

• update back link to "your forms" (need to double check this content based on decision for the above H1/tab title)
• change "sections" text to "tasks" for completed steps
• add "preview this form in new tab" link under the steps

Add and edit your questions (question list page)

• move "preview" link next to "Add a question" button, as per build
• update content of "preview" link to "Preview this form" (should double check we are happy with this)
• add complete this task question

Edit answer type (question format page)

• make radios normal size
• update link content for returning to question list view page

Edit question (question content page)

• remove "preview question in a new tab" link
• remove in page preview (we think this is still not working as intended and think we can tackle the preview functionality better and more accessibly in other ways)
• add "make this question optional" checkbox design
• update secondary button to "Save question"
• update link content for returning to question list view page

Add a declaration

• remove "Edit" from tab title
• remove in page preview
• update complete this section content as per trello card 191
• update secondary button to "Save"

Form submitted

• remove "Edit" from tab title
• remove in page preview
• update secondary button to "Save"

Email setting

• back link content to be "Back to create a form"
• add "Save and" to green action button

Email confirmation code

• back link content to be "Back to create a form"
• add "Save and" to green action button
• if expired code is used make the task list status "In progress"

Privacy statement link

• back link content to be "Back to create a form"

Contact details for support

• back link content to be "Back to create a form"

Make form live

• remove URL from editable input box and make bold - to match build (is this right?)
• update "Continue to form details" link to "Continue to your form" (check with @hannahkc )

Your form (live status form)

• remove URL from editable input box and make bold - to match build (is this right?)
• add warning text abut making changes to a live form - is an inset correct for this?
• add link to preview the form (is this still something we want?)

• add logged in username and link
• add sign out link
• add dummy log out signon page

• add county (optional) input to address, if not already there

Things we won't change in this version

1. remove/edit hint text (verify with @hannahkc )
2. remove radio hint text (should confirm this)
3. adding a confirmation pages into each smaller journey
   • privacy statement link
   • contact details for support
4. updating confirmation pages on smaller journeys
   • email setting
   • email code confirmation
5. changing the setting email journey to include summary page etc
