Container and example setup for building a latex document using a docker container.
Run docker compose up, once the image has downloaded and launched, the example file should be compiled into a pdf.
Building the docker image takes ~30 minutes, and the image is ~4GB. A pre-built image is available on docker hub (this should be automatically downloaded for you).
