Problem with legend items on TreeMap

On all other charts, a legend item changes its state after toggling.
Like this:

1. active
   
2. inactive
   

But it doesn't happen on a treemap chart. It always remains active

Oh, no. It works. It just becomes inactive after all animations ended (if you use animated theme).
