Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
A moist, delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread.
Ingredients
1 stick of Unsalted Butter, softened (room temperature)
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg, room temperature
3 ripe Bananas, mashed
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
dash of Salt
1/2 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Peanut Butter, creamy
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
add: 1/4 cup X hemp hearts, chia seeds, bran, flax ground, plus exchange half white flour with brown
Directions
Start by turning the oven on 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl beat 1 stick of unsalted butter, softened and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Add 1 large egg. Mash three ripened bananas, then add them to the sugar and butter mixture. Add the peanut butter and mix all together.
Next, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix all of these ingredients together.
Last, add the 1/2 cup of milk and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Fold in the chocolate chips. Butter and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Pour the mixture in the buttered pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When the banana bread is done baking take out and set to cool before slicing.
