Tested with Xfce Terminal-Emulator 0.4.8
Working preset:
Open:xfce4-terminal --working-directory={1}
Run: xfce4-terminal --working-directory={1} --command=./''{3}'' --hold

--hold is optional for holding terminal opened after command execution
