I went to go test Anchor, click on the Install button and was greeted by a 500 error. The PHP log gives me the following error:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'Template' not found in /Users/ian//projects/anchor-cms/system/response.php on line 81

c291f29 seems to have something to do with this.
